Terms of Use and Privacy Notice for Access Requests
Applies to OpenLead. Last updated: 24 August 2026.
1. Who processes your data
This site is operated by Ege Bulut, an individual, acting as data controller.
Contact: egebulut.iletisim@outlook.com.
2. What this form does
It sends an access request to the operator. Access is granted at the operator's sole
discretion. Submitting a request creates no obligation to grant access and no contract
between you and the operator.
3. What is collected
Data you type: your full name, your email address, and an optional message.
Data collected automatically from your connection by the hosting platform: your
IP address and the approximate location derived from that IP
address — the city, region, country, timezone and coarse latitude/longitude of
the network node your connection appears to come from, which in practice is the location
nearest to the router or modem you are connected through. This is an estimate of your
internet connection's location, not satellite or GPS positioning of your device, and it is
typically accurate only to city level. The date and time of your request is recorded as
well.
4. IP address and approximate location — express notice
Your IP address and your approximate location as described in section 3 are
transmitted, together with the rest of your request, to the operator and to the third-party
providers that deliver and store that message. By ticking the explicit consent box
on the request form, you knowingly and freely give your express consent to that collection,
processing and transfer. Consent is optional: you are not required to give it, and nothing
else on this site depends on it. If you do not wish to consent, do not submit the form and
contact the operator by email instead.
5. Why it is processed
- To identify and evaluate your access request and to reply to it, including sending an
access code to the email address you provide.
- To keep a record of who requested access and to detect and prevent abuse of this form.
Legal basis: your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the
Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. For abuse detection and
the security of the service the operator also relies on legitimate interests
(Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Who receives it
Your submission is routed by the hosting and CDN provider (Vercel Inc.) and delivered to
the operator as a WhatsApp message through a third-party messaging relay (CallMeBot) and
WhatsApp itself. Those providers act as processors on
the operator's behalf and may store the data on servers located outside Türkiye and the
European Economic Area. Your data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used for
automated decision-making or profiling.
7. How long it is kept
Your request is kept for as long as it takes to handle it and for up to 12 months
afterwards, then deleted. Notification messages already delivered remain in the operator's
mailbox until deleted there.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15–21 you may request access to your personal
data, its correction, its erasure, restriction of its processing and its portability, and you
may object to processing. Where processing rests on consent you may withdraw that consent at
any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Write to
egebulut.iletisim@outlook.com. You also have the right to lodge
a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection
Authority (KVKK), in the EEA your local data protection authority.
9. Accuracy and cookies
Provide accurate details: an access code can only reach a working email address. If access
is granted, this site stores a single cookie containing a hash of the access code so that you
stay signed in. That cookie is strictly necessary for the access gate and is not used for
tracking or analytics.
10. Changes
These terms may change. The version displayed at the moment you submit the form is the
version that applies to your submission.
